ANSC Recognition at PSA's National Meeting:

ANSC graduate student Parama Bhattacharjee in the Sunny Lab was awarded Student Certificate of Excellence for her oral presentation at the Poultry Science Association’s (PSA) national meeting in Raleigh, NC.

LeClerg Lecture:

The 2025 Rotary LeClerg Lecture was held on November 4, presented by Dr. Shizhong Xu, Distinguished Professor and Geneticist at University of California, Riverside. Dr. Xu’s research and lectures center on topics of statistical genomics–including mixed models, generalized linear mixed models for discrete traits, and Bayesian theory and application.
