My Extension program focus is on dairy quality management. Quality management concerns the production practices such as herd health, milking, housing environment, use of antibiotics, biosecurity, animal identification, and animal welfare. All of the educational efforts are aimed at improving the quality of milk and beef marketed from dairy farms.
