Research Interests:
Selection theory and quantitative genetics: estimation of genetic parameters from selection experiments; selection in small or in closed populations; group selection; selection for direct and other genetics effects (e.g., maternal, associative). These topics are being approached through theoretical work in statistical methods and experimental work with Tribolium castaneum.Applied statistics: methods for establishing the “best” size for experimental and observation units.
