Teaching Duties:

ANSC 489C: ServSafe Managers Sanitation Certification (Spring semester only)
A one credit lecture course supplemented by slides and videos. The course closely follows the required textbook, ServSafe Essentials 2nd Edition. Course content includes: introduction to food borne diseases; safe food purchasing, preparation, cooking and storage; retail HACCP, and cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

ANSC 698D: Graduate Seminar (Fall semester only)
This course focuses on the developement of oral presentation skills thru a discussion of basic skill techniques, the use of in-class drills, videotaping and by practice presentations.
